Made in Japan in the 80s from Mahogany. This is a really special kit. The 12, 13 and 16″ toms sound super rich and warm and can be tuned very low without sounding flabby. The 20″ kick drum is a kind of unusual pairing and I’ll often use a different kick if I’m looking for a big rock drum sound but it’s superb for a tight, punchy, knocky kick drum sound.
